My car broke down with my 2 young daughters 20 hours from home in a different state on a road trip. As you would expect it was a stressful time. Wallace Towing truly showed up and made things so much easier. They went above and beyong. Stayed until we were in a SAFE location. I did not feel abandoned, I felt cared about and taken care of. The tow truck driver was the kindest person ever. Helped me be calm and assure the children that things were okay.

This tow truck company was a lifesaver. They helped me and my mom when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere, and they showed up fast, professional, and ready to help. The driver was very kind, respectful, and made a stressful situation a lot easier for us. We really appreciated how patient and helpful they were. I highly recommend them if you ever need reliable roadside help.

Rocco picked us up just outside of Giant Sequoia National Monument, and drove us to North Bakersfield Toyota. He did a great job attending to our oversized vehicle, was very safety conscious, and a very personable individual who we enjoyed chatting with on our one hour trip to Bakersfield. Rocco is a very virtuous and moral person who loves his work, and it shows.
