This tow truck company was a lifesaver. They helped me and my mom when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere, and they showed up fast, professional, and ready to help. The driver was very kind, respectful, and made a stressful situation a lot easier for us. We really appreciated how patient and helpful they were. I highly recommend them if you ever need reliable roadside help.

Rocco picked us up just outside of Giant Sequoia National Monument, and drove us to North Bakersfield Toyota. He did a great job attending to our oversized vehicle, was very safety conscious, and a very personable individual who we enjoyed chatting with on our one hour trip to Bakersfield. Rocco is a very virtuous and moral person who loves his work, and it shows.

He was quick to call and get necessary information , showed up quick and even while doing his job he held a good conversation. I wasn’t picky on where he could leave my vehicle but he asked where I wanted my car to be placed and even though I thought it wasn’t possible he said “ Watch this “ ?? and like a boss he made it happen !! Hope that guy gets a raise cause I’ve never had a better guy than Rocco
